How to sell books and amulets?
Where is the NPC for medals? Event only drop?

Books and amulets sell at shop or delete them.

Only a drop of event medal for now.

Books or amulets of the same type, if there are many of them, they cannot be sold, they are returned to the inventory

Just make them sellable inside database -> ectitem (sellable = true)

I just checked this out and it worked without any problem. I did not have any issue. It might be a bug of your interface.
